"Living in the country requires a gate system that works, Buddy delivered. Our gate is 17 years old and finally required a service call, Buddy's first comment was the warranty is about to run out... My brother called a week prior to our gate failure about who to call about a gate system, my response "go cheap and have a constant maintenance problem, call Buddy and go a long time without issues. Thanks Buddy for the quick response and the repair that was caused by the wildfires of 4-25, $180 for another 17 years?"

"Buddy's custom designed gate has always been one of the favorite aspects of my home. It's also held up for almost 20 years with the exception of my pups finding the cable to the controller box somewhat tasty!"

"Bud with controlled access is very quick to respond and repair issues. Our neighborhood was plagued with gate problems prior to using Controlled Access Automation! Bud came in and told us what needed to be done to fix the problems for good and he was right. He doesn’t waste time “trying” different things but gets right to the root cause- that saves time and homeowner money!"
